At What Price Is Escapism To The People?
How many people are using social media platforms and other communications to distract themselves from the monotony of life?
Because let’s face it, life is monotonous, life is boring, life is empty.
Without the distractions to occupy people, what is there?
How many people are running away from something?
Look at the young of today, look at how they are treated; parents treat children like young adults.
How do the young, the children, know how to identify themselves, what boundaries do they really have? How many parents have any time for children today?
If children are being forced to become young adults, how does that help them develop, what do they become? What do they develop into?
Is that why we are seeing more and more escapism in the young of today?
How many young people are addicted to the internet or to social media? How many young people are exposed to pornography and gratuitous violence?
Is that what people want for their children? Is that what the future holds for children being born today?
What guidance should they be given, what paths should they be set upon? What should they be taught that gives them a good footing in life? If what we are seeing today, if what they are allowing today, becomes the norm, what does the future hold for those growing up today?
How are their minds being misshapen by what they are being exposed to? What are they seeing as being acceptable? With so much crime, with so much violence, with so much pornography, is that now what they think is normal?
This is not the case for everyone, but as we see more and more of the young today being persuaded to believe in what they see, what will the world be like when the young generations of today, become the world leaders of tomorrow?
