Circles Of Light To Guide Us
Some follow the stars, some follow the sun, but what guides people on their journey of life?
Troubled souls walk short distances, what are we to know if we see not the truth?
Things hide in the shadows, conceal themselves from gaze; how are we to know what presents when all we see is a veil of the truth?
Can we smell, can we hear, can we see; even with those senses, deception is all around?
What presents as fact, could indeed be fiction; a fictitious, a ghost, a mirage of a person. Many believe and many challenge; are we led astray, are we to be convinced by deceit and misdirection? Who really knows if truth be before us, so many times from the darkness does it tread.
Our lives can be so easily taken astray, we be shown misdirection and trickery; even though a compelling and believable may stand before us, there may be no truth to it. It may be a trick of the mind; should we mind, that we can be so easily deceived? Should we care if wrong is done to us?
Have you ever been deceived? How many have?
What is deception but a trick played upon the people?
Belief is tested, faith is tested; we are challenged every day, can we see it? Do we recognise it, or is our want too much of a temptation, for it to ignore us?
We challenge ourselves in defiance, we stand alone facing the battles; are we to know that there be a threat against us?
Can we tell things are real? Can we believe what we see? Can we trust what we hear?
The deception, the deceit, the things that move against us; are they hidden in plain sight, or do they hide where we would least expect to find them?
Care and be weaken, show compassion at peril, for we know not where the dark resides.
We should trust only but to ourselves, unless irrefutable proof can be found.

Life is strange, we know not what cometh; but we must guard to protect our inner selves.
Lest us not forget, for we are facing a path; beware who guides us upon it, for not all is as you would believe.
