If We Go Back To The Air Back To The Sea
If we ever break away from this nightmare, if we can ever break away from it, how many people, will people, ever feel safe enough, relaxed enough and comfortable enough to trust close proximity travel?
We have been bombarded, told at every turn to keep our distance, to stay away from our fellow man, to wear masks in close proximity, to wear them in shops, even in our own vehicles and for some extreme deep thinkers, even in their own homes. How long will this all go on? How long before they claim immunity, the vaccines have worked, people can return to normality, people can carry on and get on with their lives?
How long does it take for a population to become so indoctrinated, so fearful of their own shadows, that they will be reluctant to return to normal?
Do we not see this in China?
Oh, wait, China, is one of the most polluted countries of the world; is that not why their people wear masks, to protect themselves from the harmful microbes in the air? The soot, a by-product from the industrial revolution must be kept at bay, and behind the masks they do live.
Will other countries of the world become so used to, so comfortable wearing the face coverings that they will find it very difficult to come from behind the mask, and breathe normally and unrestrictedly, the air around them?
Fear has captured the people, fear of the unknown, the unexplained; it has put them behind the masks. The fear has trapped people in a psychological game of cat and mouse.
Not all are there, but hundreds of millions, many billions are complying with something they have no real understanding of. The face masks offer very little protection from what they claim is a harmful virus.
People are free to believe, people are free to choose … or are they?
What has become of the freedom of choice, when vast swathes of the population have been imprisoned in their own homes, fearful of what may be lurking outside?
The news channels, 24 hours a day, constantly remind us of infection rates and death rates.
As if life isn’t hard enough, trying to get through it, along comes a problem people do not understand. We are warned to take care, warned to protect ourselves, what should we really be warning ourselves of?
There is more to this than meets the eye, not just a pandemic, but sociological and psychological pressure is being brought to bear.
If we all line-up, what are we lining ourselves up for?
Is that a question that the few hope we never ask?
