Is Journalism Dead?

 
Is journalism a rotting corpse, slowly ebbing away, decaying?

What is reported in the papers and on the mainstream media; should we take it as gospel, as the real truth, or is it just hyperbole, telling stories to the hopeful believers?

Journalists used to earn their money telling the truth of it, we remember the ‘Watergate’ papers, true reporting on the stories; now the mainstream media and tabloids are owned by the real influencers, the wealthy 1%ers, who have bought in and bought out the news.
Where is the real news? Who is telling the real stories, the home-grown truths?

People think news is in a newspaper, that is what people grew up with; today’s news is carefully manipulated to sound right, to be influential, to persuade people of a narrative. Those that control the news, dictate what people hear, see, and read.
How can people ‘flesh out’ the truth, separate lie from fact? How many images that you see, how many words that you hear, are not fabricated, fake news?

Even the President of the United States, Joe Biden, came out and declared that Iran failed; he broadcast to the nation and to the world at large, that Iran failed to achieve its objectives in retaliating against Israel’s attack in Lebanon. Iran’s real retaliation was not for the attacks in Lebanon, but for the assassination of two of its leaders, its high-ups, its commanders in the field.
One of them, Hassan Nasrallah, was bombed to smithereens; they used 80 bunker-buster bombs, 13 Tons each, 80 of them so it was reported, to make sure they got him. Just imagine being sat at home, minding your own business, this is not to say this man is not a criminal to some, but just try and imagine, in order for them to get rid of you and those around you, close proximity to you, they don’t just drop one bomb, five bombs, or twenty bombs, to make sure of the outcome, they drop 80.

80 bombs to kill a few people; how scared were they of this man, these men, these women? Why did Israel fear him so much? Was it that he was a skilled tactician, a leader of men? Was it that he was seen as a man who could lead a counter-offensive against Israeli forces in Lebanon?
This man has gone, who will replace him; his replacement has already been killed, Hashem Safieddines.

What Israel and the West probably do not understand by doing such things, is that you harden people’s resolve, turn them more against you. They have created martyrs of these people.
People are joining up to fight that would not have done so before.
All this is being reported, all this is being mis-reported; how can you tell news from fabrication? What is news, but what they tell you?

Some people are saying, in the lower echelons of reporting, that Iran will be attacked before November 5th; either by Israel or by America, be it that they are one of the same in this aggression; and if that happens, if Iran’s nuclear infrastructure is attacked and wiped out, Iran may, with possibly the backing of Russia, just as the Israelis are being backed by America, retaliate with hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of rockets, raining down on Israel.
The mainstream media reports that Iran cannot do this, it doesn’t have the weapons; the world saw that it does, when it attacked the Israeli airbases.
As current events now show that Iran has attacked Israel in retaliation, and that Israel has responded by attacking some of Iran’s military bases in response; a tit for tat; people can only speculate as to what the future holds …

Believe the news that you wish, consume the propaganda; but remember, what they are telling you is only half of the real news, the real story.

Is journalism dead?
Make up your own mind from what they tell you, to what actually happens. Find alternative news; the mainstream corporately owned media is shaping your thoughts with mis-information.

Not all that they report is untrue, just think about it for yourself.

Don’t be led like a lamb to the slaughter; because once there, there is no turning back.
