Renting, Buying, Loaning, Borrowing Today
As the world changes and we begin to see the people begin to wake up, what are they waking up from?
Most people in the world today, not all but most, live in isolation. What we now have is a slumbering fire that is wanting to burst out, wanting to consume all before it. People are worried, people are struggling, people are fearful of the unfolding events.
In this, taken for granted world, a shock is beginning to be felt. People are suddenly finding themselves in financial difficulty; loans, credit, mortgages, rent. The governments of the world have to come together, have to set aside their differences; a basic universal income has to be introduced for acceptable living standards.
If the world Central Banks can make available Trillions and Trillions of Dollars to protect big business, why can they not make available Trillions and Trillions of Dollars for people to support these businesses in their expenditure?
Is it that the truth is not so simple? Is it that the truth is too much to bear?
If we all have a stable living, a stable income, what purpose would these banks serve? Where would their existence be? Well, quite simply, their existence would not change. We all need to borrow to buy things.
Very few of us earn enough to pay cash for big ticket items, what a universal income would be, is a survival income.
No one would get rich. The banks would still make their money but people could survive. How much does a person, a couple, a family need to live per day, per week, per month, per year? A baseline of income could be established. How much would this cost them? How much would it cost them to keep us spending?
Are they our survival? Or are we theirs?
When that question can be answered, there you have your answer.
