Touched By What We Cannot See
There are many people feeling it, many people refusing to feel it; something is changing.
How many people are there for one another; the few, the many, the yet to meet, a creed, a colour, strangers from a faraway land; coming together in times of need to overcome life’s obstacles?
Who knows what lays before us? Who knows what the changing of times will bring?
Who will be there for you? Who will be there for anyone?
Will people come together, or just simply splinter and breakaway? Will it be all for one and one for all; or will it be every man, every woman, every child, for themselves?
Difficult times are approaching, few care to recognise; but they are there, seen only in the periphery, out of the corner of one’s eye.
People come together to share common goals, to share common times; will people have the strength, the guts and determination to see passed their differences and look at the needs of the many, rather than the needs of the few?
Common goals and bonds can unite; if only people realised that there was a need for coming together, being alone would not be a factor.
Not too far away, maybe not too long to wait, life may be about to change; has there ever been a time such as this, where so many are so blind?
People yearn for things, people want things, and people are throwing caution to the wind to have them. The heart and the soul intertwine; does the head rule, or does the body control?
What body do we refer to, but the body of belief? Will the belief in the right overcome the wrong?
There is direction, there is hope; all it takes is for people to go back to their roots and remember, that love can conquer all.
For without love, there is an emptiness, the heart has a vacancy.
Trust what we cannot see, for there lies salvation.
